Random Windows Rant

Just wanted to vent my frustration with Windows...although Windows 7 is a drastic improvement over previous versions of the Windows operating system, there's still the dreaded "blue screen of death" that you frequently see. Case in point: yesterday I was working with a rather larger flat text file (roughly 1.5 GB), when I tried to open it in UltraEdit, which it has done without problem plenty of times before, Windows just shut my computer down! Thank God for Dropbox, or I would have lost everything I've worked on over the last several years. But, now I've lost more than a half a day of productivity and will need to play catch up when I finally get my laptop back from our IT department.
